Ec40 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing the ec40 website or using any services provided by this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the ec40 platform.

- Ec40 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time
- Accounts registered using false information will be suspended or closed immediately
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone
- Notify ec40 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access
- Ec40 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by user negligence
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Ec40 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or anything that could compromise the integrity of the ec40 system is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate the platform
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform
- Spreading false or misleading information about ec40
- Committing payment fraud or misusing promotions
- Transferring or selling your account to another party
- Using multiple accounts to circumvent set limits or conditions
Ec40 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities, where there is evidence of illegal activity or fraud involving this platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ec40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are made via approved payment methods listed in the user account section, including local online banking, e-wallets, and other recognised methods.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change without prior notice. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them. ec40 reserves the right to request proof of ownership before processing any transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated timeframe, subject to identity verification and compliance with relevant conditions. ec40 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is carried out if there are signs of suspicious activity. Any taxes or charges associated with transactions are solely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Amendments to Terms
Limitation of Liability
Ec40 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. ec40's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ec40 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ec40 or its content providers and is protected by copyright law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ec40.
Third-Party Links
The ec40 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. ec40 has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for their privacy policies, security, or content. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Ec40 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Ec40 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
- Suspicion or confirmed evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Registering using false information or another person's identity
- Multiple accounts held by the same user
- User's own request to close their account
- Prolonged account inactivity as defined under the applicable policy
If an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, any remaining funds may be forfeited or handed over to the relevant authorities. If closure is at the user's request, any eligible balance will be returned once all verification checks have been completed.
